UK delivery is handled by DPD. If you provide an email address and, where possible, a mobile number when ordering, the courier will send tracking details with an approximate delivery time.

UK mainland

• Free on orders over £100
• Orders under £100: £6.95
• Saturday delivery: £14.95
• By 12pm delivery: £9.95

Scottish Highlands

• 2–3 working days: £13.95

Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles

• £13.95

Northern Ireland

• £12.95

Some postcodes may take two to three days for delivery.

Collection from the showroom is also available for any item. Please telephone in advance to arrange it.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders placed before 3pm GMT for items held in stock are despatched the same day, with next-day delivery normally expected on the UK mainland. Occasional problems with electronic systems can delay the receipt of orders sent by email or through the website, which may in turn affect delivery.

Returns

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

Contact us within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged in transit, is incorrect or is faulty. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer a refund or a replacement.

Returned items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

If an item is returned as faulty but inspection finds it free from defects and in full working order, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable redelivery charges.

Failed Deliveries

The courier will attempt delivery on two separate occasions. Tracking details, including an approximate delivery time, are sent by email and text. If the order remains undelivered because no one is available to receive it, it will be returned to us automatically. In that case the cost of delivery is borne by the customer.

Cut-to-Size Items

Lengths of hose of any kind are cut to size to suit the customer’s order and cannot be refunded.
